    When I first started getting up at 5 am to workout, I needed something in my stomach. I would put a banana and a Sargento reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese on my bedside table. Because the cheese is individually packaged, it was fine overnight. I would eat the banana before and the cheese after. It worked great for me. Now that I'm used to the schedule, though, I don't need anything.

    I always go for a banana, a small bowl of oatmeal, or a half slice of toast with peanut butter. :)

    Usually I make a shake with 1 sugar free yogurt, 1scoop of whey, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 packet stevia and 1/2 cup skim milk, some crushed ice.
