New Kid on the Block!

I just joined MFP today after hearing about it yesterday. I was looking for an easy way to keep me accountable for the food I eat. This site is awesome and I am happy to be apart of it. I work out six times a week, which includes running 2 miles before every work out and I mix everything else up. I truly enjoy working out and I get depressed when I cannot. I am a mom, a FT nursing student and I use exercise to decrease the stress! :)
