workout routines like during the week, how many weight days vs cardio days && "Rest" days
recently i was only running, now im much into lifting weights and still doing maybe 1.75 miles per day with one day of doing 4.5 miles but knees hurt go figure, so thinking of switching to a cycle class. anyways i love seeing what other people do , im more looking to get bigger muscle wise not losing weight.
and what are your favorite exercises

Running... I love it! I walk my daughter to school...then I head out for a run 3 or 4 days during the week, and a longer run on the weekend. I am adding more exercises besides running - but running is the bulk of my workout. It keeps me sane and it keeps me accountable! I normally rest Wed/Sat.0

generally i run about an hour every other day. no specific times, but will have to start going earlier in the day as the temperatures rise (and i am so not a morning person), am debating on adding strength exercises for my legs and butt on those days as well.
on the 'off days' (days i don't go running) i try to do zumba or a similar workout, and have started the 100 push up challenge. i know i have to add more strength, but one thing at a time...
oh, and i walk my dog 3 times a day for 20-60 minutes each...0 -
At the moment:
Run 3 x week (1 long run, 2 shorter runs, all outside, no treadmill)
Strength training 2 x week (machine and body weight exercise at home)
Long walk 1 x week (usually walk to work, about 7km)
Rest 1 x week.0 -
Free weights: 3 x week
Cardio: 1 x week, but I think I'm going up to 2 since it is cutting season now0
