All,
I know I haven't lost much so far (just 10 lbs), however I really would like to reduce my breast size sooner than later!
Ladies, any tips for getting these things down a size or two? Will I just need to be patient?
I have lost inches off my waist and hips but my chest stayed the same. I can also see my shoulders and arms shaping up nicely.
to me smaller is better because certain shirts and dresses tug and pull at the size I am now.
advice welcome!

I feel your pain. I would say work more on upper body exercises. Like planks. Sit ups. Chin ups etc.

Yes, sorry but I think you will just have to be patient. I wanted to lose from my chest and belly most of all but it seems I lost everywhere else first. After I lost about 30lbs is when I starting losing from my chest. I have about 10lbs to go until my final goal and it's ALL sitting in my belly still.

breasts are full of adipose tissue (fat) so as you lose weight they will go down in size, even if you are like me and don't want it to happen.
