hi. My name is Rachel. I am 33 years old and have Celiac Disease, so I'm on the gluten-free diet. I was losing a lot of weight before I was diagnosed. It took me nearly 1 1/2 years of being on the gluten-free diet to notice improvement. However, I am now much less tired and have less health issues. But I'm also putting on weight now that I am healing. I've been a little alarmed at how much weight I've gained in the last few months and now am trying to lose some of it and keep myself at a steady weight. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a major weight problem. I would like to lose about 8 pounds or so (I've already lost around 4). Does anyone else on here have to be on the gluten-free diet or have Celiac Disease?
