    Cant see your pics saying its private....copy the IMG version and lower case the img in the beginning and end....

    a little tip that i have found EXTREMELY HELPFUL in seeing progress (Even the slightest bit)
    is take photos of yourself in bra and panties or bikini/swimsuit....just to have for yourself...i haven't
    gotten up the courage to share any yet, I'll probably wait until I see more of a difference so I don't feel
    so self-concous...try that out just for yourself or to share...you'll definitely see a difference!!
    Also taking measurements is amazing...I started working out and in 4 days i lost an inch on my waist and my hips that I would've never noticed if I didn't take the pictures and measurements...plus, it is awesome motivation!

    Nice job on losing the 20lbs!! keep it up :)
