Does anyone know of any crackers that are low or lower in calories. I would love to melt skim milk mozzarella on a few as a snack.

  • finn crisp rye crackers are good..you can get the large round ones (2 would be enough), and i think they are 90 cals per 2. or finn crisp thins, 100 cals per 5 crackers (they are long) and have 6 g of fiber, other good nutrients too! and are very low in fat. i put laughing cow light spreadable cheese on mine, only 2 g of fat for 2 portions. (does all 5 crackers). it's a great healthy snack.

Ak Mak - 100% whole grain - 5 large crackers = 110 calories. I eat them with hummus. Also, not a cracker, but good with cheese - Food for Life Pocket Bread at 90 calories an entire pita (not half like most) it's almost always in my fridge - also 100% whole grain.

Whole Foods also puts out a baked triscuit like cracker called Woven Wheats - 8 crackers = 120 calories - all it is is ww flour and salt - no other ingredients - and it's really good.
