Hey, I have had my fitness pal on my phone for like a year but I have not used it. I am looking to lose about 100 lbs give or take. I need motivation and encouragement. I'll tell ya one thing though. Spending some time on the success stories page is pretty encouraging. Today was a success. I tracked all day and I did the 100 workout but I had to walk the last ten minutes. Friend me and let's keep each other motivated :)
