Yet another question about upping cals – just curious real

Just curious about others experiences if anyone wants to share.
When you’ve upped your cals, how much have you upped them by, and how long before you decided that amount was right for you. Did you then increase further, drop back down a bit? Over what period of time did it take you to get the right calculation?
I’m moving into maintenance and upping my cals by about 50 every week or so as my first week on maintenance I still lost 200g and would like to stop losing now (never thought I’d say that!).
Depending on which calculation I use for maintenance, I’m other already over it, or have a couple of hundred cals per day to go.
