Should I increase my calories?

Hey everyone, just looking for some advice...I had an eating disorder in high school (anorexia) and after recovering, I've slowly but surely gained quite a bit of weight! (I went from 100 lbs to 180 after 7 years and a pregnancy.) I have NEVER had great success when it came to losing weight, even when I would work out 10+ hours a week and felt like everything was on point with my diet. I think some of it has to do with how I ruined my metabolism with an eating disorder, but now I am thinking that upping my calories might help to boost it and help me see actual progress.

Has anyone ever dealt with something similar? How do you know if you should up your calories and how do you determine how much you should be eating?
