One thing that worried me about starting this journey was maintaining my lean mass as much as possible.
I have checked my BF% and am very glad to say that my lean mass is hardly changing.

Starting info
* Weight: 189 pounds
* Neck: 15.5 inches
* Waist: 39 inches
* Hip: 45 inches
Bodyfat% - 47.9
Fat mass - 90.5lb :sick:
Lean mass - 98.5lb
Current info
* Weight: 171.6 pounds
* Neck: 15.5 inches
* Waist: 36.5 inches
* Hip: 42.5 inches
BodyFat % - 42.5
Fat Mass - 72.9 lb
Lean Mass - 98.7 lb
Not sure if my initial measurements were correct as I never took my neck measurement, but they won't be far off.
So based on this, to help maintain as much lean mass as possible, I need to ensure I eat at least 98g of protein a day, as well as doing strength training.
Wow - 72lbs of fat - that is really yukky!!

This may actually be realistic! I dont trust these websites either, but ideal body fat is 25, and 16 is common! this means the majority of ur weight is muscle0 -

0.5% of that must be on the top half of my body, and I'm harbouring the remaining 16.2% in my backside then!0 -
