Travelling for Easter

Hello everyone, i would like your ideas and suggestions please.
My husband and i are going to travel next week to Italy for one week. It's not the first time i go to Italy and i know italian food and i love it. however i know that i am going to change my eating habits these days. ok, the breakfast is for sure and one late lunch. however i know i cannot have my snacks like i do when i'm at work (ie egg whites, vegetables or tuna or whatever )
it will be a nice thing for me to "escape" from these habits but i wouldn't like to gain these 1-2 kgs that i tried so hard to lose these last months (my weight is perfect right now)
Eating one late lunch won't be good for me, i am sure.
Any suggestions?
Any good and easy ideas?
