Mini day challenge.

Anyone up for a little challenge today..something to keep ya on your toes all day?
200 squats by the end of the day...in ADDITION to your workout.
(if you feel that number is not a good one for you post what would challenge you and your body and list it)
If you want to use weights, fell free. You can lower the number by 50 if you do! (I only use 10lbs so it doesn't have to be a crazy amount)
Let's do this, people!

**I only do 15-20 at a time and keep track all day. Squats are an amazing exercise and work SO many muscles. Legs, back, abs, glutes, arms (with weights). Keep that in mind as you feel the burn.**
