How to determine calories burned

Today I have alot of yardwork to do. I'll be cutting down briar bushes, raking leaves, digging holes to transplant bushes, weed pulling, etc. I'll be doing alot of pulling and pushing a wheelbarrow around all over my acre of slanted land. I always work up a sweat and do it at a steady pace. I know it'll be a good workout on my arms and legs, as well as some cardio. Not sure whether to consider it light activity or moderate? And not sure to enter it on the exercise tracker? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I did find mowing with a pushmower. Unfortunately I don't own a HRM.

There is a gardening under the cardio that I used for the same thing. I just put in the minutes that I did it. I think that might be the only one. I spent yesterday trenching around the flower beds with a shovel and raking up the weeds it stated that I burned like 300 calories in 80 minutes of work. It definately felt that way......lol
