Time To Swicth It Up (Needs Suggestions)

Hello MFP! I need some suggestions on switching up my exercise routine. I am trying to lose 25 to 30lbs by my birthday in July and I would like some suggestions. I won’t be able to jog/run for a long distance due to a knee injury, so I wanted to know of any other good ways to get a pure cardio burn.

What have you been doing to melt the pounds away?
