Almost there! 86 pounds down..progress

Hey guys...

Been getting lazy with tracking and all (pretty much used to what to eat now) but i'm still losing...and i've started exercising more..and I can run!!

Anyway, the usual before and during. I've got about 14 pounds to go till I get to 250 pounds, but honestly, i'm quite content with where I'm at now. I've gone from size 48 jeans to size 38, 4x shirts to 2x (and maybe xl now)

Anyway, thanks for looking guys! I know some people say I inspire them, but I have to say that many up here have truly inspired me! I'm so happy now.

Oh and finally got a decent blood pressure reading without my adderall in my system (bumps my heart rate up)
Old bp : 170/90's with 110+ bpm
new bp: 124/72(the resting pressure has been as low as 66!) with 84 bpm
