E-Mealz Serving Size Calorie Counter

I can not remember who said they use E-Mealz to get their recipes from, but first and for most Thank You for introducing me. I am very excited to get this started, but one question I have is do you know what the serving size is for each and how do you figure the calories? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks again.
