Exercise and the Readjustment of Carbs, Proteins, Fats & Sug

I've just started exercising at a gym and I'm not burning anywhere near 500 calories (143 max on cardio!). Regardless, it is still calories burned. MFP readjusts your caloric intake once you enter the calories you lost exercising. However, it does not readjust automatically for carbs, proteins, fats & sugars. As a result, I'm concerned that whatever it is that I eat after the gym will push me over on carbs, proteins, fats and sugars, even if it is healthy! How can I figure out what I should readjust these to once I have worked out? Usually, I find myself short on calories with or without exercise although I eat 5 times a day-- 3 being significant meals & 2 snacks. For the most part, I can hit my carb, protein, sugar and fat...but not caloric goal.
