Grrr....pulled a back muscle

This is very frustrating....it seems like the second I have a plan in place and start exercising, something happens to take it away. I was all set to do my morning Jillian Michaels followed by an hour of Zumba, and then all I did was turn a little bit this morning and my back just pulled. It hurts to walk.

I'm trying to find a way to loosen it up so I can exercise today. I just feel like without exercise, this week is going to be a bust. Can I lose without working out?
