consists of...

1/2 cup Hasbrowns
1.5 pieces of double fiber toast
1 (50 calorie) mini biscuit
And an apple
=675 calories


WHY SO MUCH AND SO MUCH CARBS!? jeeeeeez. Any ideas of some fun exercises to burn it off?

    Wow your list of foods doesn't look like you ate enough to equal 600+ calories! I go skating (its fun and doesn't make me feel like I am exercising). An hour burns about 600 calories (according to MFP's calculation)....so with that being said if you hit up a 3 hour skate session and skate for at least half the session you'll have burned it off and more...hope you can skate and hope this helps :wink:
