I am the Mommy of a 2 year old toddler. Of course my husband and I are hoping to have at least one more child. BUT, my biggest mental battle with myself is ... "why am I doing this, I'm just going to gain it all back." I KNOW there are others out there just like me fighting with their own thoughts!
So far I'm winning & plan on to continue WINNING!!
Background Info: Left hospital weighing in at 195 & I'm currently 154 (41 lbs down BABY!!) But I've joined MFP to get off this last 20lbs!!
So, here are my post requests.
*Are you in the same mind set as me? You know you'll keep going but you are kinda bummed about definate weight gain in your future!
**OR are you a mommy that has been there and ... what did you do throughout your pregnancy to be successful after giving birth?
TIA :flowerforyou:

I've had the same thoughts. We'd like to try to get pregnant later this year.
But, I'd like to think that when I get pregnant, I will continue on my healthy journey because it's best for the baby. And I will exercise as well (in moderation)
So hopefully I won't gain too much, and I'll be able to lose anything I gain by continuing my new healthy lifestyle.0 -

I like that! I guess that would raise another question. What is a healthy amount of cals to take in while you are pregnant. Do you follow the maintenance program ... ?0 -
