I just joined this site last week, a few friends were talking about it. So far I really like it and i'm actually keeping up with it. I never have before. I'm going to be 37 in 3 weeks and have about 35 pounds I have been trying to lose for many years, after having 3 kids. I would like to get some friends on here to see how they do it and keep each other going. I have been exercising for about 2 months now, started Punch Kettlebell, which I really like, but the extra cardio and nutrition part I have to do on my own is what keeps me from losing the weight I should be. Hope to meet some new people and share some stories.
