So many calories...

Okay, so I reached my weight loss of 10 pounds and decided to start maintaining. The problem is that to maintain and eat healthy at the same time I have to eat sooo much food! I have to consume 2600 calories...and that's without my exercise! Today I'll have to eat just over 3000 calories to maintain!
Any tips on foods to help me reach that goal? I'm shooting for 160-170 grams of protein a day which should definitely be achievable.
