Low sodium salad dressing

I need some help...my husband has SEVERE hypertension and we are looking for some recipes for some no or low sodium dressings to put on salad....the jar dressing are horrible. Thanks! :smile:

    I have come to enjoy just some olive oil and lemon juice on my salad. it might seem bland at first because your taste buds are used to all the salt and other nasty stuff in dressing, but soon you will enjoy the clean taste. With just the lemon and olive oil you can really appreciate the veggies underneath.

    This and a little Mrs Dash, it has a very citrusy taste.
