My before and after pics!

I still have a lot to go but here are my before and after pics so far. This is a closest picture I could find at my heaviest 311.5lbs. I've lost a total of 75lbs and still have a lot to go .Right now I'm at 235.8lbs but my ultimate goal is to get down to 174lbs! Even though its not that huge of a difference I hope this motivates others as much many of you on here have motivated me!
