Flat Out - Flat Bread Healthy Grain Multi-Grain With Flax, 1 flat bread
Tomatoes - Red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Red Onions - Raw, 3-6 slices
Athenos - Feta Cheese, Natural, Reduced Fat, Crumbled, 0.5 container
Put in toaster oven on med. to dark one cycle....and YUMMY!
