Do you count milk, herbal tea, or coffee towards your water goal for the day?

I was just getting ready to ask pretty much the same question...I'm thinking you might not be able to count milk or coffee, but I was wondering about the "flavored/zero calorie" waters such as Vidration, Propel or even Crystal Light.0

You can log anything you drink as water (alcohol being an exception) Many here don't count coffee, tea, juice, milk as part of their fluid intake but their body does.0

They say actually if you are drinking coffee, soda, tea you should drink more water to compensate for it. Be careful with Propel and other drinks that you think are great they have sodium in them. Water is always best.0
