HELP NEEDED!!!

Reading all these posts about eating more, net calories, BMR etc is confusing the hell out of me. Please someone help me. Only been on the site for 2 days and just want to know what is the best way for me to loose weight. I am 79kg and would like to get down to 68kg (60kg in an ideal world but being more realistic for now).

I work out 5 times a week, my net calorie at the moment is set to 1200 but with my workouts I am not even hitting this, is this not right? If not what is the best way to gain calories but not fat, or carbs. Please look at my profile and just help me on where I can improve and help me loose the weight. It will be much appreciated.
