I have been reading about insuline resistance and wanted to know if anyone else had read about it or followed it.:flowerforyou:

    I have looked into it myself and I JUST started keeping track of my food and the carbs. That is why I joined here...everytime I wasn't at home and needed to look up nutritional information it brought me to here. All I do is look at the carbs and the fiber and then subtract the fiber from the carbs. Today is technically day one for me and so far so good. :happy:

    My doctor put me on chromium for insulin resistance. You can buy it at most stores...

    I am having a horrible time keeping my carbs and my fats down while keeping my protein up! Any suggestions? Even on a good day I feel like I do very poorly!
