Insanity Fit Test Logging

Okay, so I've been searching on the boards and no luck...starting Insanity today and was wondering what everyone else logged the fit test as? I don't have a HRM & cannot afford one at the moment, so that's not an option...I just need a rough estimate of calories. Thank youuuu. :flowerforyou:
