Low Carb Cake

Ingredients
250g Quark
4 eggs
1 tspn baking powder
1 tspn vanilla essence
1 Wicked white Options sachet
4 tbspns granulated sweetner
Strawberries
Directions
Seperate the egg yoke from the white
Mix the egg yoke with 4 tbspns of sweetener, vanilla essence, baking powder and 125g of Quark.
Mix the egg whites into stiff peaks.
Mix half the stiffened whites into the yoke mixture.
Carefully fold in the remining whites into the mixture.
Divide the mixture into two greese proof dishes.
Bake at 180 degrees (gas mark 4) for 20 minutes.
Leave the mixture to cool..
Mix the remaing 125g of Quark with the white chocolate options.
Sandwich half the mixture between the two cakes and use the rest on the top of the cake.
Cut the strawberries into slices and place on top of the Quark mixture.
Serves 4
Per serving, 146 calories, 8g of carbs, 7g fat and 15g of protein

Looks really good, on slimming world they are allowed to eat the WHOLE cake and it's 'syns' free!! I'd gain weight by the day if I was on SW. Xx0
