Greetings! I'm brand new to myfitnesspal, and I'm very excited to start living healthy. I purposely didn't call it dieting, because I've been dieting most of my adult life and it hasn't worked. When I think of diet I think of depriving yourself, but when I think of healthy living, I think of making yourself better.
Right now I'm 306 pounds, and I want to cut myself in half and get to 150.
I have a long way to get to my goal, but I'm very optimistic for the future!
