New to the forum

Hi I am new to the forum and in dire need of come encouragement. I had already lost 20# but I gained about seven so I need to get serious I am currently 187 and my goal weight is 120. I started using MFP couple of months ago somehow I managed to stop using and it is a great tool to stay on track. I am back to it again and hope this time I can attain my goal. My weight has not always been an issue but it has been since I met my husband because he loves to eat it is how I gained my weight. I would like to have children but at the current weight its not healthy I dont want to put my body through pregnancy with my current weight. It has been a goal for me to loose the weight because I know I will gain weight and I would like to start my kids the correct way so I need to loose the weight. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated
