Hi. I'm Debbie. I'm just introducing myself. I'm about 20 to 25 lbs overweight and I'm unhappy about how my body feels and looks. I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm especially motivated to do this because I don't want it to be so hard for my daughters as they grow up. I figure if they see mom exercising and eating healthy, they'll just figure that's what you do when you grow up.
Currently, I'm just trying to be back into exercising. I have a bad Mt Dew habit that probably almost equals my daily calorie allowance. I'm drinking water and trying to eat healthy but I just feel like I could stuff food into my mouth 24/7 and never feel satisfied. I think I'm stress eating, especially since my marriage is on the rocks. And since I'm not eating to satisfy hunger but rather an emotional need, it's just not working.
So that's about it. If any one has any ideas how I can deal with any of this, I'd love to hear them.
