GOAL FOR THE WEEK -- WORK OUT A MINIMUM OF 4X...ALREADY HALF

Hello there....been using this app for over a year now but haven't made use of the community part of the app....until now hehe....
One of my problems in getting healthier is being consistent with my workouts...I'm always all revved up for the first couple days, then stop, get amped up again for a week, then stop and so on.....No consistency....

I've always heard that statement where it says to reach your long-term goals, you need to set short-terms goals and hit those on your way to that ultimate goal......so my short-term goal for today is to be very aware of what I am eating and to stay between 1550 to 1650 calories today and my short-term goal for the week is to workout a minimum of 4 times.....I've already successfully completed a quarter ways towards my daily goal and I'm half-way there to my weekly goal of working out.......Feeling very good!!!Wishing everyone the best in reaching your own individual goals on your way to accomplishing that ultimate goal!!!
