New Way To Look At Water Intake

We all know that "8 Glasses of Water Per Day", is a guideline, and that some of us require more or less. Well, a friend of mine is reading a book recommended by her Dr., and it advised that to identify the amount of water needed is to take your weight, divide by 2, and that is the number of ounces you should be drinking per day. For me, that means I should be drinking 88 ounces, or 11 glasses of water per day. Time to start chug-a-lugging.... :drinker:

I am suppose to drink 16 glasses. I have been doing it for going on two weeks now and when I try to drink anything but water, I find myself wanting water! It's crazy...
I do cheat though and add MIO to some of it....gotta have a little flavor sometimes, especially when you're drinking water all the time! I loss three pound the first week, and waiting to see how I did this week :happy:0
