One Foot Forward Every Day

I started this weight loss journey back in August. I have had up days and down days, but everyday I just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
I have read, researched and made decisions for better health. I am now almost totally eating clean, some fish and chicken once in a while, but no red meat in 6 weeks.
I feel great! and am looking for friends to keep me on track:wink:
