So I just posted this on a thread and thought.. what the hell i'll make my own!!
Please be nice :)

Hello!

I'm 21, and 5"2.5 :)
SW: 161 January 2012 (Heaviest i've been.. might have been more - I kept jumping off as soon as the arrow went over 11st lol!)
CW: 144.5
GW: 130 by July for the beach!! Finding this difficult though as i've been at 144.5 for 3 weeks now
Medium frame - Hourglass/Banana(apparently!?) shape

UGW: 115-125? I'll decide when I get to 130!

I eat 1200 cals a day.. played netball 2/3 times a week up until last week (end of season) so now i've started 30DS hoping it might get me going again.

I always ate my exercise calories back, until a month ago (about the time i stopped losing weight - they aren't lying about the metabolism thingy!!) so now i'm trying to eat them back again although my body really has gotten used to not eating as much and its an effort!

Here's my progress so far...

Sorry for the faces but they are quite revealing!

Please add me body twinny's!! I need some inspiration :) x

    5' 2.5" here, too!

Best way to break a plateau is to change things up. Start a new exercise or up the intensity of your current routine. Eating back your exercise calories should also help. The closer you get to goal, the more important that seems to be. I got stuck at around 130 for three months, so I know your frustration. The above helped me. I also cut out a lot of carbs: sugar, white bread, potatoes, rice, etc.

Good luck and congrats on your success so far.
