Hi all! 24 year old from So Cal interested in finding some "pals" to help keep each other motivated. I'm not far from my goal weight but am not so concerned with the numbers as much as I am at keeping with the program and staying motivated while having fun with new recipes and workout ideas. I'm attempting to start working harder to eat back more or all of my exercise calories. My exercise routine usually consists of running/jogging and boot camp classes with some strength training. As for eating, I try to stick to the Belly Fat Cure guidelines of keeping my sugar at or under 15 grams/day and not overindulging in those delicious carbs.

    Did I mention that I like long walks on the treadmill and candle-lit dinners consisting of protein shakes? :wink:
