Sunday May 31st Beginner Jogger/Running Challenge

Good Morning everyone!!!!

Let's start this challenge off great! For those of you who have been jogging/running already, WAY TO GO!!!! For those of you who are just starting out, WAY TO GO TOO!!!!! Everyone gets a round of applause for just getting out there and exercising!!! :flowerforyou:

Well I am going to do my joggin/running this evening due to work and graduation parties then working around the house. I already mapped out a route using mapmyrun.com (great site!) I am making it a goal to do 3 miles total today, even though most if it will probably be walking but I will be doing my half mile jog!!!

My piece of advise or inspiration would be if doing jogging/running outside set yourself a goal, (i.e. I will run to that stop sign, or I will run to that house and then keep extending it if you can, don't make it too far away but make it reasonable as well)
