cycling through old workouts/ Jillian Micheals

When you "finish" a dvd or routine how long do you wait before you use it again? More specifically for dvds like Jillian Micheal's 30day shred or killer buns and thighs, that have levels 1-3 in them, if you aren't quite satisfied with the results at the end of the 30 days or whatever do you just restart the program right away or do you wait a while (and if/when you do restart do you go through each level again ?) ? Since there are 3 levels and technically mostly different moves would you avoid a plateau? Thanks!
