1.2 weeks down and going well

So I have been trying to do this for a little over a week now. I have lost over 3 lbs since my "official" starting weight, though I still weigh more than I did when I first joined MFP. I am down 5 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I am feeling really proud of myself. I am finding it easy to say no, I have always been more of a savory snacker vs sweet. And I am pleased with my personal strength. I have never done well with the counting calories, its just to hard for me to analyze everything I eat to ensure that I am eating the appropriate things. Telling myself I cant have grains is easy for me. Saying I cant have much, or at all, refined sugars is easy. Saying I cant have dairy products is easy. So i am proud of myself and im doing good. Anyone please friend me so we can motivate each other. And my diary is open.
