Looking for friends who post their meal diary!

I am looking for some new friends who post their meal diary so I can get healthy meal ideas and get advice on how I can improve my diet!

I am a very active user. I exercise 5 times a week and record all meals. I post encouragement and love to get some as well!!

    feel free to add me, I could do with some motivation and in turn I will give encouragement to help stay motivated.

    most days I am good eating healthy food, I try and stay away from processed food and especially hidden dangers like trans fats.
    but other days I feel like a binge, not that I get hungry but I just have those days now and again.

    I keep my diary open to friends. :smile:

    My diary is public so feel free to have a nosy or add me - I log everything I eat as I eat it or before I eat it, I walk regularly, currently can't exercise due to bad back. Caz :-) xx
