Hey!!
I am looking for some new friends who post their meal diary so I can get healthy meal ideas and get advice on how I can improve my diet!

feel free to add me, I could do with some motivation and in turn I will give encouragement to help stay motivated.
most days I am good eating healthy food, I try and stay away from processed food and especially hidden dangers like trans fats.
but other days I feel like a binge, not that I get hungry but I just have those days now and again.

Hi! My diary is open, but it's organized by food group (fats, sweets, proteins, veggies, etc) rather than by meal. OTOH, some of my friends say they have fun reading my lists of individual food items and trying to figure out what my day's menu was

i post everything I put in, helps me keep track of what I am eating, and my diary is public so you can take a look, bear in mind I need to eat minimum 2000 calories so my meals might be a bit too much for you!0
