Truth. I thought this was gonna be "I have 220 left, what should I have for dessert but no. No it wasn't.

I would have 3 handfuls of baby spinach,1 chopped up boiled egg, 1 Fit & Active string cheese cut up, cut up 1 tomato 1grate a carrot, chop a cucumber 1 tablespoon of dressing
or a handful of baby spinach , I apple 1 pear 1 banana 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 tablespoon chia seed or flax seed. I have a Nutri Blast & it is so yummy
or a baked sweet potato with a spray of butter with sprinkled cinnamon & 2 sides of vegetables

    lol. I hope so.

Before I realized this was almost a two year old thread, I was gonna list my own dinner this evening which was under 300 cal.

Aldi oven crunchy popcorn shrimp (don't judge) - slightly under 1/2 pkg
Dole salad mix with iceberg, red cabbage & carrots
    diced cucumber
dressing made from 1 T. olive oil reduced fat mayo, 1 t. Sriracha and a generous 1/2 T. Thai chili sauce

    So tasty.
