Into month 4.

So it's now April and that means I have officially been keeping this up for over 3 months now.

Very impressed with myself for sticking to my resolution and actually doing something rather than giving it up after a week. Never really saw myself turning into a gym obsessive but I just can't seem to get enough now.

How long have you been at it for now? Any other major goals people have reached recently?

    Same, 3 months... best thing I ever did!! And yes, the gym is awesome and feels so good to workout!

    I had a bad month and gained a lot of weight back - by not eating enough, and eating the wrong things. But I'm proud that I still logged my food, and got back on the scale today so I could start fresh.

    I started January 1st.
