the subject says it all.

I mean, it asks for you weight, height, sex and age so why not ?

    N.O.

    My reasoning?
Well I play on the kinect for the majority of my workouts. I play Your Shape.
Within a very strenuous workout, it may say that I've burned 50 cals between the two workouts I did.
When in fact, I wear my HRM and am told my it that I may have burned a good 200-something.

My HRM was the best investment I could have made.

I say it depends on the person. Kinect games always get my calorie burn about right, but so does MFP, and I know that's not the case for most people.
