almost 30 years ago.... wow! my heaviest was 160.. I am currently 150.0

this is a fun one for me. Graduated in 1991 at 18yrs old and 213 lbs (played 3 sports, captain of two - I was in phenominal shape) great big 20 year mess I made of myself after that - but today, I'm nearly 40yrs old (3 months left), weigh 208.4, and...I'm in PHENOMINAL shape!!
thanks for the topic - this is an NSV for me!! wooohooooo!0 -
and how does that compare with your goal weight?
I was about 108 (too skinny). My goal is 120.
About 90. In college, I went down to 88. No, I was not anorexic. I couldn't stand the dorm food.
I'm 5' 2".0 -
160 pounds which I thought was SOOOOO fat on my 5 11 frame. smack smack smack
Yea, when I was a freshmen in highschool I was about 115 and I had the same silly idea. I look at pictures now and I'm like...where did I see ANY fat?! :huh:0 -
I was 105! My goal is 100 now ... Keep in mind I am 4'9 !0
-
I think I was about 115lbs, maybe just a little more. I know I was 115 when I was 16 because that's what was on my license up until last week, lol.0

275 in 19820

I was about 120, and very fit...even had a visible 4-pack. Now my goal is 140, which is the upper end of healthy weight for me. I got down to about 115 right after high school, and I was too skinny then and I don't want to reach a point of too skinny.0

I was around 125 when I graduated high school. I am now 133 and my goal is 125-1300
-
96 pounds at graduation in May 1967, 30 pounds heavier in august '67, 70 more by 2000.0
-
I was around 140, which was perfect. But I had just recovered from a bad case of mono and strep so I had lost the weight because I couldn't eat. Once I was better and started eating non-liquid food again, I gained it all back :-(0

115 or thereabouts. On a 5'7" frame, that's too skinny. I've added a lot of muscle, and at I'm 168 now, and between a 6 and 8, depending on brand. I think I'd like to get to about 140-145.0
-
I was about 108-110 lbs. That is my goal now.0
-
I was 149 when I graduated, but had just put on a few pounds and was feeling uncomfortable. I'm shooting for 145.0
-
110, and I've actually gotten down to 109 now. I'd like to lose a couple more pounds.0
-
I weighed about 140. My goal weight now is 160!0
-
313 and I played football. I'm down to almost 240 now.0
-
130. I played soccer for 15 years and was EXTREMELY lean. Man, I want that body back. Unfortunately, after a year of sitting on my couch my freshman year all of my muscle turned to fat and now I'm trying to get to 135!0
-
153 in 1987, Im 165 now0
-
Honestly, I have no idea. I had a scale that only went to 333 and I was always that weight when I stepped on it. So, I don't think it was accurate. lol I do know that I weigh less now than I did back then because I wear smaller pants now (jeans) whereas I couldn't fit in jeans back then.
I was a super overweight child so I didn't get fat when I left highschool, I got smaller because I wasn't in the same environment0 -
i was 190...my goal is somewhere between 170-180. i dont know exactly yet. i figure once i reach that point i will reevaluate0
-
Prob a muscular 150. I played soccer, vb and basket at the time so I had a 4pack and muscular arms. My goals is 145.0
-
150-160s... I stopped weighing because it depressed me. Trying to get to the 130s now (oh, middle school...)0
-
150. My goal weight is... 150 :P0
-
96lbs. My freshman year of college I gained the famous freshman 15 and grew over an inch.0
-
I probably graduated before most here were born! LMAO
168 / 6' into the Air Force. Had been working construction for the two years preceeding and had lost 40 from Jr. High.
Retired 21 years later - 195.. (Damned Desk Jobs.)
Slowly climbed from there to max of 316. And now on the way back to 195.0 -
135 at 5'7". And I thought I was overweight.0
-
20 years and 4 kids later, I'm 2 pounds heavier than when I graduated! I'll take it!
And that is FANTASTIC! sooooo much harder to be a woman than a guy - I wouldn't dare trade places with any of you...and you, mama, ARE KILLING IT! wtg!0 -
About 99 pounds (I'm 5'1"). I don't think I cracked 100 until I went to college - freshman 15 and all of that. I remember not being able to give blood because I didn't weigh enough!
My goal weight now is about 118. I'd prefer 115, but would be satisfied with 120, so I picked something in between.
Weighed less then, but I'll bet I'm healthier now. I eat better and exercise more.0 -
I weighed 125, which, at 5'0" was too much (for me). It's 15 pounds over my goal weight, which is 110.0
