Thinking about buying a HRM and wanted to know which and why one is better than the other. A HRM with a chest strap or one you wear on your wrist. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

HRM is by far one of the best investments I've made..besides getting fitted for a good pair of running shoes. Personally, I would go with one with the chest strap..seem to be more accurate. I bought the polar FT4 for around 95.00.. easy to use, accurate, easy to follow. Hope this helps
