    Cardio, cardio and more cardio, since your trying to whittle as apposed to define.

    You do need to lose weight, as was pointed out, but Captain's Chair lifts, bicycles and planks.

    You make your six pack in the kitchen not in the gym or doing cardio. But to strengthen your abs you need to do weighted excercises like squats, deadlifts, pullups and weighted crunches. (hold a 5 -25 lb plate behind your head while sitting on an exercise ball and do 4 sets of 8-10 reps. If you can do more than 10 reps, increase the weight for your next set. If your not doing weighted exercises your pretty much waisting your time.

    jennie try the weighted crunches and your abs will be on point as you say or poppin as I say.lol

    And yes I still have around 50 pounds to lose, but I am also doing the Couch to 5K(M,W,F) and Leslie Sansone's workout dvds on (T, TH). Any input on this or what else would help me, please feel free to say!!!
