Best exercises for alternate days?

Hi all!
Okey dokey so for two weeks i do bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays (hour long class) and then the other alternating two weeks i do twilight netball (non-competitive) on a Tuesday and bootcamp on the Thursday. What would be the best exercise to do on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday? I don’t want to over-do it thats all. I’m open to any suggestions!!! :happy:
